At its heart, the fiducia node acts as a proxy server. The program for the Fiducia node takes user requests, retrieves data from blockchain and produces an intermediate response. A peer-to-peer network consensus mechanism is implemented to process and produce a final response to the requesting party to ensure veracity, protection, and confidentiality of the data. The Fiducia node program operates within the industry standard secure computing environment to ensure that the node operator does not manipulate the data.
